Brief analysis of electricity consumption in office buildings
A group of survey figures from relevant state departments show that the total annual electricity consumption of office buildings in China accounts for 10% of the total national consumption, and the energy cost exceeds 80 billion yuan, mainly including government offices, enterprises and institutions, commercial office buildings and other office buildings. Most of the office buildings use more than 100KWH of electricity throughout the year, of which air-conditioning power is 45-50%; users use 35-40% indoor electricity; public electricity expenses 10-15%.
At present, most domestic buildings are carried out by administrative means, such as “replacement of lamps”, “turning off lights”, “reducing air conditioning temperature”, etc. These passive energy-saving methods are either energy-saving and not cost-effective, or have little effect. The efficiency does not exceed 10%, and does not fundamentally solve the loss of system power. If the investment is technically modified and combined by different technical means to comprehensively reduce the different forms of power loss of the system, it can achieve more than 50% of the comprehensive energy-saving effect. .
Brief analysis of office building lighting
The lighting system consumes a lot of electricity, which is second only to the air conditioner's power consumption in office buildings. At present, the lighting of office buildings mainly includes indoor lighting and night lighting. Among them, indoor lighting consumes absolute energy; indoor lighting mainly uses inductive T8 lamps in the early stage, and T8 electronic lamps, downlights and ceiling lamps are used in the later stage. Ceiling lights are mainly installed in some places where accent lighting is required.
The inductive ballast of the inductor lamp not only consumes a large amount of electric energy, but also has twice the requirement for the line and the corresponding requirements for the switch. There are stroboscopic and noise problems. Due to the influence of the illumination principle of fluorescent lamps, the efficiency of lamps is not high, and the life of fluorescent lamps is short, and the cost of replacement and maintenance is high. At the same time, it is very difficult to realize intelligent management. With LED lamps, the lifespan is guaranteed to be more than 25,000 hours, and energy saving is more than 50% compared with ordinary fluorescent light sources, effectively reducing the energy consumption of office buildings.
